Reservations:

• Reservations should be made a week prior to the session date
• A FREE test session is conducted with the other party prior to conference session
• A list with all the names of the attendees should be sent to ENSTINET 2 days prior to the session so as to prepare name tents and so.

Duration:

• The minimum videoconferencing session duration is one hour at least.
• The pre-determined duration of the session, mentioned upon reservation, has to be precisely followed.
• Any extensions for conference sessions are to be notified 20 minutes before the pre-determined end time. This also depends upon the ENSTINET schedule flexibility.
